| Q: How do I submit my vehicle for auction? |

A: Selling on Carfast.com's Auction-Style listing is easy:
1. Register
In order to sell on Carfast.com, you must first register and Agree to our Terms of Service.
We will then verify your email address and dealer license.
After you register, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address you entered. Click on the link in the confirmation email to sign in. You are all set!
On the left side of the every page, click "Add New Listing"....

Next, choose your starting price.This is the price at which bidding for your item opens. We suggest that you set this as low as possible to encourage bidding.
Length of your auction will depend on the type kind of account you are using.
- 3 days for Basic Free Account
OR
- 1 free day + 3 additional days for an Enhanced Account.
Now, select from these additional selling options:
- Reserve price
- Buy Price
- Upload Images (up to 4)
- Create Condition report
- Auto-resubmission
Finally, click "submit" to submit your auction. Your auction is now live. |

| Q: How do I close or cancel my auction? |
|---|
A: Sellers have the ability to cancel their auctions at anytime.
Should you choose to cancel, there is NO winning bidder. In this case, all dealers who bid on your vehicle will receive an email notifying them of the auction cancellation.
Remember- an early cancellation fee will apply to all auctions cancelled by the seller before the end of the listing period. |

| Q: How do I add a photo to my listing? |

A: Adding photos to your auction attracts potential bidders and improves your chances for a successful and profitable auction. You can add a total of 4 images to your auction.
Find your auction in the "Inventory Listing" and click "Edit", then just follow the directions to upload your images. |

| Q: Can I edit my auction after it starts? |

A: If your auction doesn't have a bid:
Yes, you can change anything except your auction title.
If your auction does have a bid:
You will be able to upload images or add additional description information to your auction. |

| Q: How do I answer a bidder's question? |

A: Anyone who wants to know more about your item can post a question on the Question & Answer section of your auction. It will be published immediately, and you will receive an email to notify you of the request for more information. |

| Q: What if my reserve is not met? |

A: If the reserve price has not been met by close of auction, the auction closes without a winning bidder. No contact information will be exchanged. The seller may then choose to resubmit their item. |

| Q: How do I pay the Sale Transaction Fee? |

A: You may choose to pay for each sale individually by any regular means of payment (Check, Charge, even Cash), or you may select our Automatic payment option with the use of any major credit card. |

| Q: How does Pre-Sale Preview Service work? |
|---|
A: To use this feature, you must first register for an Enhanced Account.
Then, just create your list of favorite dealers on "Pre-sale invitations" page.
Everyone on your list will receive notification of the fresh inventory to lock in your compound, along with an invitation to place a bid on your vehicle.
During the first 24 hours of your 'pre-sale' listings, only those dealers on your "preferred list" can view and bid on vehicles in your compound.
If your car sells during this 24 hours period, you will pay no sale trasaction fee.
If there you receive no bids, then your vehicle(s) rolls over into our 72 hour lock-down.
The auction is then opened for bidding and continues for the next 3 days or until sold. |

| Q: What is a Front Page Featured Vehicle? |

A: This feature is designed for sellers who want to promote their vehicle on the carfast.com Home Page. Sellers who choose to use this feature will also receive a special icon next to their listing.
You can submit any of your active auctions as a Front Page Featured Vehicle for only $3.00 per day. You'll be charged this daily fee each day until the end of your auction. |
